Here is a an excerpt of remarks made by News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch as he spoke before the Real Estate Board of New York yesterday.

Sometimes Murdoch can come off as a crazy old man who is out of touch with new technology, but then he gives speeches like this and I start to think I may be wrong about him.
